OCG is responsible for design coordination and briefing to meet client demands and program requirements. The scheduling, planning and approach for each work package will be progressively refined during the ECI phase, with a focus on site risk control and adapting to operational logistics as they become clearer.

OCG will collaborate with the client’s appointed quantity surveyor by providing cost advice to help develop the cost plan and verify market prices.
