Supervisor and Employee Responsibilities

Supervisors are accountable for implementing and communicating health and safety measures to employees and subcontractors under their supervision. Employees, contractors, and subcontractors are expected to follow safe work practices, maintain a secure working environment. Compliance with safety protocols is required from everyone on-site, including visitors.

Training

WHS training is an integral part of employment at OCG. All employees, contractors, and subcontractors are provided with ongoing training on safety procedures to foster a culture of safety. Everyone is encouraged to actively contribute to the promotion of health and safety practices.
